Guatemala, my first country in Central America<\/strong><\/h1>\n

It was my first trip to Central America<\/strong> and I have fond good memories. Memories that became unique and different experiences from what I knew at that time. It was the first time that I saw an entire population dressed in typical costumes called huipil<\/em>,<\/strong> a town that still maintains the traditions of its ancestors.<\/p>\n

I loved their colorful markets, like Todos Santos<\/strong>, Solol\u00e1<\/strong> and Chichicastenango<\/strong>. The towns of Lake Atitlan<\/strong> where they still keep alive their ancestral customs such as venerating Maxim\u00f3n, a rag and straw doll. Or the magic of Tika<\/strong>l, one of the most important archaeological sites in the Mayan world and seeing the sun rise from Temple V.<\/p>\n

In contrast, travel to the unknown Caribbean<\/strong>, away from tourist routes, a small paradise of coconut palms and fine sandy beaches where people still speak Garifuna and English. And the end of year I went to Antigua<\/strong>, one of the oldest and most beautiful cities in all of America.\u00a0Therefore, an encounter with history, nature, culture and tradition.<\/p>\n
