Standing in front of the Indra<\/strong>, the biggest lemurs of Madagascar<\/strong>, is an indescribable feeling. It is a great privilege to contemplate<\/strong> them<\/strong> in their natural habitat for the first time, admiring how they move from limb to limb in great leaps. Their faces, dark and hairy, are glimpsed from time to time through the leaves of nearby trees, with their ears rounded like those of a teddy bear. They emit a sharp sound that it can be heard several miles away. They just stand there staring at you, because their curiosity is greater than the fear they feel in front of you. They are vegetarian and form small family groups who communicate among themselves through songs.
