Yes, Egypt was the first trip I made in an organized way. It was Holy Week and with a friend, we booked one week to know the most emblematic places of Egypt: the Pyramids of Cairo, Luxor, Karnak and a short cruise on the river Nile.

The only sour note was that because of an overbooking, I could not visit Abu Simbel, although we had the expenses paid. It remains pending, and it will be perhaps the ideal excuse to excite the senses again walking under the same sun of the Pharaohs.
