I was in Mexico, visiting a friend who was living in Mérida (Yucatán), and, unexpectedly, there was the opportunity to book a week’s tour to travel to Cuba. Unfortunately, in such a short time, I could only admire the old streets and squares of Havana, and later enjoy Varadero with its hypnotic Coral Beach which possesses one of the biggest coral reefs in the Caribbean Sea. That’s why I always say that I have a bone to pick with this country to return to explore more in depth all its cultural heritage and all its natural wealth.
